TherapistPal Pro ("TPP", "we", "us", or "our") is a practice management and scheduling platform for independent home health therapy clinicians. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform at therapistpal.com.
By creating an account or using TherapistPal Pro, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, username, password (hashed with bcrypt), phone number, professional discipline, and state of practice.
Payment details are processed by Stripe or PayPal. TherapistPal Pro does not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials on our servers.
Clinical data you enter — including patient demographics, visit records, diagnoses, plan of care, and scheduling information — constitutes Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. This data is stored in an isolated, per-account database and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
We automatically collect IP address, browser/device information, login timestamps, and error logs for platform improvement.

- Account notifications — billing alerts, trial expiration warnings, verification codes
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during signup or within the platform, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TherapistPal Pro. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you reply START to re-subscribe. You can also update preferences in Settings.
SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, Inc. For help, reply HELP to any message or email info@ceulogic.com.
When enabling SMS reminders for a patient, you confirm that you have obtained the patient's explicit consent to receive text messages. You are responsible for documenting this consent in your patient records.

TherapistPal Pro operates as a HIPAA Business Associate with respect to PHI you store in the platform. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards including encrypted data storage, per-account database isolation, access controls, and audit logging.
A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is acknowledged during signup. Contact info@ceulogic.com if you require a countersigned copy.
We retain your account data while your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days during which you may request an export. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
